1-on-1 where Arben comes to your office and spends at least 1 full day is the best option you can choose from. The training can be either in person from where you can choose if you do the training in your office or in Arben’s American Family Insurance office where his 12 employees are selling home, auto, life, and business insurance in 19 states. Arben can come wherever you are within the US to give his best advice and practices that have worked for him in his previous Allstate, Brokerage and current American Family Insurance Agency to train you.
Virtual training will be provided as needed and only upon prior agreement after speaking to Arben. The best way to get the most out of our services is to either physically come to Arben’s office in Schaumuburg, Illinois or have him come to your office after booking a sales consultation so that you can get the feel of how a high functioning and high producing agency office is supossed to sound and feel like.
